Trevor J. Zink

Trevor Zink was born and raised in San Jose. After two years at San Jose State University, Trevor transferred to Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, where he graduated summa cum laude in 1996 with a B.S. in Government. In 2001, Trevor graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University, after receiving the Law Faculty Scholarship and serving on the Law Review Executive Board. In 2004, Trevor obtained an LL.M (Legal Masters Degree) in Taxation from Golden Gate University, graduating With Honors.

Trevor brings to Omni Law Group a unique blend of experiences. He spent the first few years after graduating from law school providing tax consulting to individuals, small businesses, and large public companies at Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Trevor also established an estate planning and tax controversy practice that he later took to the law firm Sweeney, Mason, Wilson & Bosomworth ("SMWB"). While at SMWB, Trevor continued building his tax controversy and estate planning practices, while developing a litigation practice.

Trevor lives in San Jose with his wife and three daughters.

Alex Vigdorchik

Alex Vigdorchik has spent over twenty years providing domestic and international tax consulting and litigation advice to individuals, small businesses, and large public companies. Alex started his career working at the Internal Revenue Service, where he spent seven years. Following that, he has worked for two major tax and accounting firms, PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and Arthur Anderson, LLP, as well as practicing law with the law firm of Tomlinson Zisko, LLP in Palo Alto, prior to joining Omni Law Group, LLP, as one of the founding partners.

Alex has advised numerous companies on international and domestic tax issues, including Intuit, maker of TurboTax™, and Portal Software, a software company serving the communications and media industry which was acquired by Oracle Corporation, Polycom Corporation, maker of the conference room phones, and Flextronics, Ltd. the largest contract manufacturer in the world, as well as numerous US and foreign based corporation.

Alex's International tax practice currently focuses on international tax and operational structuring, global transfer pricing strategy, cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures and post-acquisition integration. Alex's domestic tax practice focuses on individual and corporate tax structuring, real estate deal structuring and workouts, estate planning and tax litigation.

Alex is a graduate of San Jose State University and Golden Gate University School of Law, and he received an LL.M (Legal Masters Degree) from New York University School of Law in Taxation. He lives in Emerald Hills (San Mateo County) with his wife, Viktoriya and three sons.

John H. Corcoran

John Corcoran practices general civil litigation, employment law, estate planning, taxation, land use, environmental and real estate law.

John graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 1998 with a B.A. in English. During college, he participated in the UC Washington Center program and worked on the historic special election of Rep. Lois Capps. He graduated in 2007 from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he was a member of the USF Law Review, served on Honors Moot Court and received a CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Ethics. During law school, John served as a law clerk in the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office and the Office of the Marin County District Attorney, and with a large national civil law firm.

Prior to joining Omni Law Group, John worked as a contract attorney and public affairs consultant, working with various private sector clients, political candidates, and local governments. Earlier in his career, John served in the White House as a Writer in the Office of Presidential Letters and Messages.  He later served as a Speechwriter and Press Aide in the Office of the Governor in Sacramento and Senior Advisor to the Chair of the California State Board of Equalization (BOE).

John lives with his wife, Nicole, in Tiburon, where he serves as a Planning Commissioner for the Town of Tiburon
